Here at the Lebowskipodcast we sometimes champion good causes, but rarely ask you to help someone. A fellow achiever who went by the handle “Wash” lost his battle with brain cancer on September 11, 2012. Wash and his wife Tashi are a couple whose story Liz and I have been following for a while. Wash was only 28 when he passed, and he held on for much longer than he was expected to. Unfortunately, this wonderful couple resided in Arizona, where they make it quite difficult to receive any government assistance for these kinds of situations. Tashi could use your help right now in any way possible. If you could donate $5, say a prayer, or stand up for patient rights – anything would be appreciated.
