It was good to read this article today on a fellow Achiever's work experience.  I've had to deal with some ridiculous customers in my day.  Sometimes I've been backed up by the boss and sometimes not.  Luckily more of the former than the latter.  It is good to try and please customers, but there's this line.  A line in the sand that you do not cross.  So please try to be cool when being a customer and try to be cool when dealing with customers.  It'll make life just a little bit easier.
